The new master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful new master bath featuring        a luxurious tub and glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also located upstairs            and has 2 sets of bunk beds.  This room also has a private bathroom. The third bedroom        has two (2) twin beds and a full hall bath. Living/kitchen area has two (2) dining areas and an abundance of windows facing the canal for beautiful views 24/7.  The deck off the main area has a captain's deck towering over the house with a fabulous view of Aransas Bay out over Bay Shore Drive. The first floor of this fantastic home is called the Allegro room and has a small living room with a sofa sleeper, a mini kitchen, and full bath with a door that opens to the pool area.  This home provides a washer and 2 dryers for your convenience.

The canal level deck provides plenty of dock area and sunning space. To the side of the house is a hidden L-shaped pool with covered cabana. Tropical plants surround the area, making it a very private retreat that's splash filled for fun. Sleeps 10. No smoking and no pets. 

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
