This adorable coastal cottage sleeps two people. Susie’s place is fully equipped to enjoy your stay near the beach. Whether you want a night in or out on the town this is the perfect place for you. Located just a short walk to local restaurants, shops and beachfront in Fulton, TX. Don’t forget your fishing pole! Susie’s place is only three blocks from Fulton’s fishing pier and harbor. This home has one bedroom with a king size bed. Flat screen TV’s are located throughout the home. Beautiful kitchen that is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Cooking is a breeze with a full stock of kitchen ware. This cottage offers an open floor plan with plenty of lighting and space. The bathroom is a tiled stand up shower. Linens, towels and soap will be provided. No need to worry about laundry, stackable washer/dryer are available for your use. Step out back and enjoy the cool coastal breeze on the back patio provided with patio furniture and a private hot tub! Bring your favorite yard games and enjoy the lush, fenced in back yard. Perfect corn hole area!

Great location which is pretty close to restaurants and grocery stores. Walking trails nearby which are next to Walmart. Fulton Beach Road is right down the street! This little place in Rockport worked out great for us. It was very clean and the backyard was perfect for my sweet doodle!

The little house had everything we needed. It is nicely constructed and decorated as well as well equipped. In addition, the house is extremely well located both within Fulton as well as in the region/ area. Restaurants, the pier, the bay, important streets and roads can be reached rapidly and easily. We enjoy our stay.

Notes

*Main entrance to the home is through the back door where lockbox and code is entered.
*Main parking is on the side off the house, in front of the wooden fence, off fourth street NOT Chapparal St.

Parking Instructions: Park on Fourth St and enter the property through the side doublegate. The back door is the main entrance to the home. You will be issued a keypad code to unlock the deadbolt, and also a code for the keys to the bottom lock, which are located in the lockbox to the left of the back door. The front door is rarely used, must pull hard to open it. The side door located under the covered patio does not have a key, it only locks and unlocks from the inside of the home.
